Kcalin Henan chrysanthemum planting base - air source heat pump drying project is located in Huomiao Village, Fudian Town, Ruyang, Henan Province. The chrysanthemum drying plant in the planting base is expected to have an annual output of 10 tons and a total drying area of 351 ㎡. It is divided into 13 drying rooms, each with an area of 27 ㎡.All the chrysanthemum drying systems adopt Kcalin air source drying heat pump units, including 9 sets of 24 heat pump dryers, 4 sets of 7 heat pump dryers, and indoor air-cooled heat exchangers, circulating fans, and dehumidification fans. The system takes the low-grade energy in the air as the power, uses a small amount of electric energy to drive the compressor to operate, realize the energy transfer, provide the required heat energy for the drying of chrysanthemum, high-precision intelligent control, high-quality retention of the original color, original taste, original shape of dried chrysanthemum, and high yield.
